A good and tasty beer doesn't have to be expensive – the Sternburg brewers have been proving that since 1822. From the very beginning, the German Purity Law has been the foundation of our brewing philosophy. Therefore, only carefully selected raw materials from certified suppliers make it into our beer. Our hops and malt are fully traceable back to their growing regions.

In our in-house laboratory, we continuously monitor the quality of the delivered raw materials at every stage up to the final product. Independent institutes also conduct regular tests to verify the purity of our brewing water.
